I showed him my issue gave me a quote which I accepted and he got started working right away. I was expecting a 2 hour job he finished in less than 45 min he answered all my questions he explained to me how everything works . Andy was phenomenal! Our schedule service window was from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, but Andy finished another job in the area early and called to see if he could come early, which was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and even told me what didn't need work. After getting the okay, he set to work and the whole job was finished by 2:15 PM. Andy was professional and maintained all safety protocols. Will definitely call on Precision Door again next time we need work done.
