I was way, way overdue on maintenance of the garage door, so there were a few things that needed to be replaced & Mike did a great job of explaining what was needed as well as how long it should last once it was replaced. He also worked so quickly & made sure I knew that the parts he replaced were under warranty. Great service - I will definitely reach out to them for annual maintenance!

I have had multiple service techs come from many businesses locally and not one was as professional as Will from Precision door company. From the appointment ro the email conformation to the text and call from Will stating he was on the way was so easy. Once Will avrive he actually listened to my complaints and needs and gave multiple.options. He did not try to sell me anything forcefully although I knew I needed new springs. Their price is very competitiveto others and was I bought new springs labor and service fee is dropped. They have a coupon on their website but they also offer military discount of 5 percent which i really appreciated. Overall Will did a great job, he is professional, friendly, and more importantly he was knowledgeable about doors. Thank you a million times Will.

Accidentally backed into my garage and had this company come out for a quote the very next day. The gentleman we worked with name was Will and he was very professional and reliable. He was able to repair it the same day. He was honest and answered all the questions we had. He told us every option we had available and even tho repairing was the cheaper options he was able to repair it and save us the cost of a new door. He was able to repair it in less than an hour. Very pleased and will definitely recommend.
