Called Precision Garage Door because the company that installed the door in 2021 was no longer in business. Got appointment next day Bruce was our technician. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. The opener wasn’t working correctly and he got it working within 15 min like it was suppose to. He found a few more issues and had all the parts on hand to fix it correctly. So we went ahead and had it done. Bruce wasn’t happy with a squeaky noise that was still present. Called his boss and said he would be out the the next day to hopefully figure it out. He came back and fixed the problem. I notice more light coming from under the right side of the door than normal. Wife called them and they set it up to come out on Friday (today Jan 2nd). Miller was out technician this time. He figured out the problem and fixed the issue. Again he was another knowledgeable tech. Both techs did great job and were knowledgeable and were very honest (this is something that is hard to find in any company these day)!! I would Definitely recommend this company to family, friends and anyone looking to get repairs or a new door installed. I will use them for all my garage door maintenance in the future. Wayne

Precision was fast and professional. They got me scheduled for the next day 0800. The communication from the office and from the tech, Miller, was outstanding! Text messages to confirm appointment and when tech was dispatch, followed by phone call from Miller to confirm he was on his way. Outstanding service. The work was completed quickly and accurately. Cost was on the higher end but worth it. Highly recommend.

We needed to have the garage door outside control box activated. We did not have a code to enter to open the garage door. We also needed two more garage door remotes. Used in the past before covid and were very reasonable prices now prices are insane ! My fault for not doing research before the repair but needed the door fixed in a hurry. $95 diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with the garage door just the cables were broken tech talked me into replacing the torsion springs . Door squeaks more ! But next time I will definitely will check with other places. Charged $324 for 1 spring lesson learned. Do not recommend! Talked me into adding a second spring even though the door has been working on 1 spring since the house was built in 2001

I got my call back and appointment booked in less than 30 min! My technician, Miller Henderson, gave it to me straight about what needed to be done to fix our garage door. Due to the weather and a new door replacement timeline, new parts with a 5yr warranty was ideal. He was super nice and even helped me program the door, which builder glossed over. I think the ONLY down side is that the military discount is just 5%. Other than that, I will without a doubt, recommend these guys.
