Jonathan Holbrook was a true professional. He quickly completed the job; which appeared to us to be just a broken torsion spring, however, the bearings and cables were 30 years old and worn out. He clearly explained the situation to my wife in a manner that was easily understood and not in any way like a “salesman”. We spent more than we expected, but it was not only a repair, it was an upgrade so it’s money well spent. Thank you all so much and may God Bless you all and all of your families!

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of getting my garage door fixed. I initially spoke with a call taker named Erin who was very pleasant and clear speaking. Erin patiently listened to my issue and documented everything I said. She also repeated everything back to me for accuracy. The Service Tech Jon Holbrook was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations on things I needed to do based on his inspection. He was not pushy about anything and allowed me time to ponder on the various suggestions he had based on the cost. He explained each suggestion very well with consideration on my financial situation at the time. Once the decision was made he quickly began to work and was extremely efficient in the technical aspects of the service. Jon was also very pleasant personality and an excellent representative of this company. I will definitely have him come back to service my other door without hesitation. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have. Very reputable company.

From making the appointment online, to the quickness of the service tech arriving on time, this is a great local company. Jon was excellent, especially explaining what parts were needed to repair my garage door issue, to making sure it was safe and operational before leaving. Great customer service goes a long way!

Jon was a true professional he arrived early and quickly accessed my garage door needs. He informed me of the cable system that broke on my garage door was of inferior quality and quickly installed a high quality torsion spring system which should give me piece of mind for 7-10 years. Also a complete 7 year warranty on all parts. I am glad I chose Precision they are hands down the best in Fayetteville

Greg Gray is one of the most professional technicians I have ever met and there are not a lot of them out in the field. Greg arrived on time and went right to work on the problem once he diagnosed the problem. He found two counter balance springs broken on my garage door. He gave me the price to fix them and said he had all the parts on his truck, which was fabulous, no ordering parts and waiting another day to get the door fixed. I told Greg to proceed and within 2 hours he was finished. I watched Greg at work and he was a master of his craft. I would like to thank Mr. Greg Gray and Precision Door Service for quick and outstanding service. Thank you. -Randy Grensavitch
