After by opener quit working I called Precision at 10 am on a Tuesday. A technician arrived at 12:30. Since I also had a broken panel in the door itself and old springs, I decided to get a new door and opener. All the work was completely installed by 2:30 the next day - less than 30 hours after original call. All personnel were very professional and would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Highly recommend. While an appointment was not available till the next morning, arrival was promptly on time and with a call ahead. The tech, Miller, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant walking through all options and pricing. Knowing a replacement of a 20 plus year failed opener was needed, work was quick, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely use again.

Justin did a great job installing my new opener after lightning fried the other one. He gave me a lot of choices when it came to choosing a new opener and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. He was fast with the installation and left everything neat and tidy when the job was complete.
