Technician (Mike H.)was very professional and thorough in what he was doing, after he completed the safety inspection on my garage doors he then laid out all my option concerning what I wanted as well as given me cost to repair doors to what I wanted. He took pride in his work and ensure that I was completely satisfied with his work, before he left. He again went over everything with me including how to perform maintenance on the doors. He insured all debris was cleaned up and that I was truly satisfied before he left I would definitely recommend this company. Wish more had employees like Mike

I had my garage door repaired. I paid 960$ to have my door put back on its tracks and I was told I had to buy springs for the door as well. The tech told me I had a 90 day no cost repair if anything happened to the door. About three weeks after the door was fixed one of the wheel brackets and the wheel fell off of my door and it was jammed in the up position. I called the company and they informed me that I would have to pay a 150$ emergency service fee to get someone to come out and fix the door even tho the door was just fixed by their technician a few weeks prior. My only other option was to wait a few days until the next available appointment. Even tho I was frustrated the person I talked to on the phone she did her best to stay professional just like the tech when he came out and fixed my door. I believe it is ridiculous to promise a fix of any issues within a set time and then charge a fee in direct opposition to that promise. The people are kind but the business does not keep its promises and gives a false sense of security. I will not be doing business with this company again.

The guy made it look simple when changing out the springs which is not an easy job. Only complaint is the mark up on the bearing he talked me into buying. I took the part number off of it and they sell for under $10 but I was charged over $90. Happy that they give military discount though which kind of made up for it.

I was looking for a company that specialize in garage doors so I checked Google and found Precision. They were very helpful and provided great customer service over the phone. They work 7 days a week which is very helpful. They were at my home 1st thing this morning. Mike gave me courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. He was able to determine my issue right away and provided me with every solution possible and explained them so that I could make the best decision. He was very transparent and pricing was reasonable and I was definitely satisfied. Definitely recommend Precision after my experience.

Great experience, great Customer Service. Made an appointment that morning. They were here properly that same day. Service tech was polite. Extremely knowledgeable complete professional.
