Sophia called when the doors were in and kept checking in to see when the building was ready. Joe came out to check the building when it was ready. The team accommodated a change for us on the height. Doors came in and once installed my wife was so excited and when I saw them I couldn’t be more happy! I had my garage door repaired. I paid 960$ to have my door put back on its tracks and I was told I had to buy springs for the door as well. The tech told me I had a 90 day no cost repair if anything happened to the door. About three weeks after the door was fixed one of the wheel brackets and the wheel fell off of my door and it was jammed in the up position. I called the company and they informed me that I would have to pay a 150$ emergency service fee to get someone to come out and fix the door even tho the door was just fixed by their technician a few weeks prior. My only other option was to wait a few days until the next available appointment. Even tho I was frustrated the person I talked to on the phone she did her best to stay professional just like the tech when he came out and fixed my door. I believe it is ridiculous to promise a fix of any issues within a set time and then charge a fee in direct opposition to that promise. The people are kind but the business does not keep its promises and gives a false sense of security. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Started having garage door problems last night, and called Precision as recommended by most of our neighbors. They scheduled us for this afternoon. Mike came early and quickly diagnosed a half dozen problems with our improperly sized system and offered us three affordable options to replace the key components. Even better, he offered to install it this same afternoon. In less than an hour the door was working perfectly and very quietly. The guy made it look simple when changing out the springs which is not an easy job. Only complaint is the mark up on the bearing he talked me into buying. I took the part number off of it and they sell for under $10 but I was charged over $90. Happy that they give military discount though which kind of made up for it.

The young man that arrived was knowledge, competent, and patient as he explained what was needed and why. I appreciate that he outlined multiple options for my repair - “we can do this, it will cost this much, it will likely last this long” - vs trying to sell a set package. He did a great job.
