The service we received recently from Precision Overhead Garage Door was excellent! Mike and Miller were very professional, thorough, and really took time to explain the specifics of what needed repaired and clearly explained best options to get it running as good as new that day. Since our garage door is the primary in/out of our house, it was extremely important that it was repaired well and quickly, and Precision made that happen! The online appointment request form was convenient and user friendly and the technicians arrived within the scheduled time frame. Thank you!

Mike and Miller were fantastic. They called me prior to arriving. They let me know how their schedule was for the day. They were thorough with their assessment and provided options depending on what we would be able to replace or repair for the day. They were very honest and explained everything with great detail. Also, they had everything on hand so we didn’t have to reschedule for another day. They finished the work without any issues. Technician (Mike H.)was very professional and thorough in what he was doing, after he completed the safety inspection on my garage doors he then laid out all my option concerning what I wanted as well as given me cost to repair doors to what I wanted. He took pride in his work and ensure that I was completely satisfied with his work, before he left. He again went over everything with me including how to perform maintenance on the doors. He insured all debris was cleaned up and that I was truly satisfied before he left I would definitely recommend this company. Wish more had employees like Mike

My garage spring broke so I called precision and they had a tech out within 2hrs. The tech arrived, inspected the garage and provided 3 options to fix my spring ranging from $800-$1,500. I thought that was kind of steep and asked for a price for replacing the whole door and was given a prices of $1,350. I still felt this was high, so I decided to pass on the services. The tech seemed visibly frustrated and snapped "well you still have to pay the $75 for me coming out." He then informed that it is a 6% fee for using a card which was never mentioned at all during my call. I asked if he could at least hold up the garage so I can pull out to go to work. Again with a rude attitude replied no and wished me good luck with my raggedy garage. In all, I paid $83 for a guy to come out and treat me rudely in my own home and try to overcharge me on services. The cashier on my receipt is McRae, so if that's the tech I would not recommend but I not comfortable recommending precision considering they support this type of behavior. I called another company who came out free of charged and provided a quote of $219 to repair and $974 to replace. Not only did I receive better pricing, the tech was respectful and knowledgeable. A night and day experience than with precision.
