Mike and Bruce were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous. They spent several minutes with me explaining the diagnostics they would be performing on my garage door and system. I was offered three different options to address the malfunctioning of my garage door and never felt pressured to choose any of them. I felt very comfortable that they would do a great job and was extremely pleased with the results.

Been using Precision since around 2002. I understand the company has changed ownership several times since then, but fortunately their services remain top notch. Had an issue and needed it resolved ASAP and was able to get an appointment later the same day. Alex Glenn contacted me with ETA of arrival and showed up as indicated. He was very knowledgeable and put together several options to resolve our issues and was flexible on the services ultimately performed. I see new doors and motors in our future and will certainly be contacting Alex and Precision first when that time comes.
