Technician Michael H. called the house when he was about 20 minutes from arriving. Once he arrived he listened to the issue I had been seeing with the garage door opener and then evaluated the problem. He is very professional and thorough about his job and safety comes first. Once completed Michael performed a safety inspection, cleaned up, then ensured everything is working properly. I had a fantastic experience with Michael H. and will always use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any and all my garage door repairs/replacements.
