Josh, dispatched to assess the problem, and I were able to establish a new door versus repair as the best option. The company dutifully followed up with their shipping date, for which I allowed 4 days to pass before checking up. They responded with a proposed repair date, which was 4 days later. The install was without incident, although the crew arrived 2 hours into their window, which made them rush for their pm job. I caught them on caulk and torque wrenching the last two bolts on the door. The door and work are fabulous. Stay alert for young crew oversights as detailed.
Thank you for the 5 stars, Frank! Your detailed review is very helpful. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again. Warm regards, Yani Yough, Precision Garage Door Service Fayetteville

A fabulous tech, Teddy, came quickly to replace my Mom’s 50-year-old garage opener system. He was experienced, knowledgeable and clearly explained my options without the heavy upsell, so I kept the old door. After patiently answering all my questions, he installed everything on the same day as the estimate. He had my motor, safety IR, keypad and wired opener, weather stripping and remotes set up in no time. I strongly recommend Teddy and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Edit: 7/18/24 2 days later, Miller came out because of a misalignment error on my system. He came out within 2 hours! The problem was not only fixed, but Miller carefully explained how the garage door sensor worked and what I could do in the future to avoid a service call. This is what I call excellent customer service!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Gwen! We're so glad we earned 5 stars!
