I was very grateful. Thomas the technician was super nice and knowledgeable. Went through all my options and let me decide scope of repairs. Prices were laid out and easy to understand. Less than 2 hours later all mechanical problems were corrected. Thomas did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs

Spring broke on garage door on a Sunday afternoon during a torrential downpour! Called Precision thinking no one was going to answer on a weekend, but they answered immediately. Was all prepared to set up a Monday appointment when they said they could send someone within the next 2 hours; was that ok with me? Thinking ok, this is gonna cost me extra to get weekend service - they said no, all service is the same price -:weekends or otherwise. Chris C. came out within 1 1/2 hrs, in the pouring rain, with a smile on his face & ready to work. He explained how it's absolutely necessary to replace both springs; even though only 1 side broke, as the springs are the same age & suffer the same use. He wasn't there for a sales job, he was there to repair my garage door. He was very polite, professional & never stopped working until it was done. It was all fixed within 70 min. & I'm a very happy customer!
