Will Graham was very knowledgeable about installing garage door motors and doors. Will explained everything to my husband and I in great detail. Will was also respectful of our property and cleaned up after he installed everything. Before Will left he explained to us how to use the garage door on the wall and how to set it. Thank you Will Graham for a job well done.

I called on Saturday to get help with an accident with our garage door. They offered to come out for a $175 to “secure the door.” We were able to pop the garage from the opener and secure it, and reattach and continue to use. I asked to get a quote via the text message exchange we had going in. I never heard back. I called this morning and asked for a quote and got an appointment for 2 o’clock. They no showed. I would not recommend if you’re looking for accountability.

Will Graham was the most courteous and polite young man. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, the reason for the price being different from the original quote and he informed us of the difference prior to doing the work. He took the time to go over items that we should be aware of and provided his card so we can easily reach out when needed. I can't say enough about the outstanding character of Will Graham.
