Best thing I did today. I'm so happy with the service. The gentleman you sent was very courteous. Knew what he was talking about. Treated me with respect 70 years old. You don't find young men like that anymore. He's a keeper and your company also keep up the good work. He gave me estimates on my door for future work and the work will only go to you guys. I found Precision Garage Door Services through an online search. Based on their very high positive review rate on Google, I gave them a try to help with my garage issues. Booking online was extremely easy, with plenty of variety for appointment times. My technician, Mike H., arrived for the appointment promptly after notifying they were on the way and he completed his assessment and services in total less than two hours. I had the main spring on my garage door break and needed a quick repair. The work was performed extremely quickly. Price seemed a little high, but my need was met in an extremely timely manner. I put in a service call 2+years after install (zero issues til now) Technician Brian was On Time, even contacted me because he was available earlier. Very professional, very thorough. Corrected some original install things that weren't to his standards. I highly recommended Precision Overhead, and glad that have an office in Fayetteville NC now.
