I scheduled my appointment on their website site. Appointment was set for between 2 and 6 pm. Technicians name is Teddy. He called at around 1:20. Said he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived on time. I told him what I needed, he gave me three or four options with prices for each option. He explained each option very well and I chose the one that worked best for me. He replaced one motor and installed a new spring system with new rollers. He was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. It was a little pricey but being good isn’t cheap and being cheap isn’t good. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would recommend this company and I would certainly recommend this technician.

Miller was awesome! I contacted Precision Garage Door about an issue I had with my garage door and they sent out a technician the next day. I did not expect such fast service. Miller solved the problem immediately and the issue was gone. This was not the first time we dealt with Precision Garage Door and will not be the last.
