I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. Bruce did an outstanding job with repairing my double garage door and serving my single garage door. I definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door! In addition, he gets A++ customer service. Outstanding service, had an emergency at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Called at 12:30am and got someone as they are 24 hrs, and scheduled an appointment for later that same day. Tech arrived and helped us get the door open to get our vehicles out. Walked us thru the options and we selected a new door. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any needs you may have. They are fast and very courteous, not to mention very knowledgeable amd also very reasonably priced.

While I was moving out of my old house my garage door spring decided that was a good time to snap. I called around and Precision Garage Door Service had the best response time and seemed to be pretty straight forward. Teddy Kress was the tech who did the repair, he was honest and upfront about what needed to be done vs what didn't need to be done, he didn't try to sell things that weren't needed which is always nice.
