Mike and Bruce were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous. They spent several minutes with me explaining the diagnostics they would be performing on my garage door and system. I was offered three different options to address the malfunctioning of my garage door and never felt pressured to choose any of them. Technician (Mike H.)was very professional and thorough in what he was doing, after he completed the safety inspection on my garage doors he then laid out all my option concerning what I wanted as well as given me cost to repair doors to what I wanted. He took pride in his work and ensure that I was completely satisfied with his work, before he left. He again went over everything with me including how to perform maintenance on the doors.
