Scotty Johnson was awesome. He was able to come out and fix my garage in only a hour. He explained what he was doing and what parts he was adding. He explained the warranty and everything to me. I was very happy with his service. I will definitely recommend this company and Scotty to anyone.

Scotty arrived promptly and walked me through the various issues with my garage door, taking the time to explain in detail the issues that he saw and what the best solutions were. He offered me three different options, explained the pros and cons of each, answered all my questions, and gave me up-front pricing and warranty information. In about 90 minutes, he had completed our repairs, once again walked me through all of the relevant changes and updates, gave me some tips on maintaining the new hardware and the door itself, and demonstrated the improved performance of the door and opener. He was polite and respectful of my home, taking his shoes off when he had to walk through the house (it was raining) and graciously tolerating my dog harassing him. Both the work and Scotty were very high quality, and I look forward to using Precision Door for any other garage door needs I might have in the future. Highly recommend for anyone in their service area.

Andy was phenomenal! Our schedule service window was from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, but Andy finished another job in the area early and called to see if he could come early, which was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and even told me what didn't need work. After getting the okay, he set to work and the whole job was finished by 2:15 PM. Andy was professional and maintained all safety protocols. Will definitely call on Precision Door again next time we need work done.

Precision garage door service was the absolute right call. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, friendly and very patient. He told me that he would not be able to place an opener because the garage had a beam across the middle. But, instead of just leaving, he made a phone call, took some measurements and found another way to place the opener that I needed. Needless to say, I was so very grateful because he went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone that has garage door needs.

I forgot the name of the person who answered when I called your office but she was very professional and knowledgeable. Greg, the technician called me before the appointment and arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time. Greg serviced my two garage doors and pointed out a couple of items I will need to address in the future. Garage doors are only 3-1/2 years old but maintenance is important in my view. I am comfortable knowing the maintenance has been performed and will call in the future when it's time to upgrade a few things.
