Highly disappointed in my service I was quoted a certain price over the phone but the technician charged me a price much higher than what I was quoted

After you reached out and spoke with our service manager, we did review the recorded call to verify what you were told by the call center. My doors were special ordered and delayed due to covid but arrived on schedule. The installers arrived right on time and were very kind and courteous. They installed all three of my doors in less time than quoted, explained the new features and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

Communication from estimate process until installation was excellent. I was kept updated on when my doors would be received by Precision and scheduled when they had an ETA. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Installed door without any issues. Cleaned up and explained how everything worked very well. Even wiped a shelf I jokingly asked him to. I didn’t realize he had until he was gone. Would definitely recommend.

We needed an immediate service call for our garage, and they were on top of it! The service was impeccable and they offered multiple options to fix the garage, at different price points. There was no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Within a few hours, everything was fixed. And because we are in Covid times, the tech was very respectful to mask up while in our home. Would use again and highly recommend!
