Mike H. arrived timely and went to work. After assessing the condition of the garage door, he showed me what the issues were as well as what needed replacing. Even though he had to go and get a part, he returned quickly and made the repairs. He showed and explained to me what was done and left the garage like he found it. Great service!

Mike H. was my service provider he was very professional and explained everything he was doing during the safety check and repair of my garage door. I was completely satisfied and impressed with his customer service and knowledge. I would recommend this company to others. Their prices are very reasonable but the customer service of the technician is what sold me.

Jonathan Holbrook was a true professional. He quickly completed the job; which appeared to us to be just a broken torsion spring, however, the bearings and cables were 30 years old and worn out. He clearly explained the situation to my wife in a manner that was easily understood and not in any way like a “salesman”. We spent more than we expected, but it was not only a repair, it was an upgrade so it’s money well spent. Thank you all so much and may God Bless you all and all of your families!

Mike H. was an absolute professional. He was courteous and he explained the entire process to me and did an outstanding job saving me some money. I recently had a new garage door opener installed and he went out of his way to show me how to use my garage door motion sensor and how to use it.

We called Precision out of desperation. The garage door was stuck open again and storms were on the way. The company that initially repaired it had gone out of business (no surprise given their shoddy products and service). Precision immediately scheduled an appointment and within an hour their amazing technician Jon Holbrook arrived. Given the mess the previous company had made this was not going to be an easy fix. Jon, a former EMT, is now the EMT for garage door repairs. He came up with an elegant solution which I am convinced will last even longer than the seven year warranty. Jon is thoughtful, persistent and extremely capable. His customer service skills rival his competence.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of getting my garage door fixed. I initially spoke with a call taker named Erin who was very pleasant and clear speaking. Erin patiently listened to my issue and documented everything I said. She also repeated everything back to me for accuracy. The Service Tech Jon Holbrook was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations on things I needed to do based on his inspection. He was not pushy about anything and allowed me time to ponder on the various suggestions he had based on the cost. He explained each suggestion very well with consideration on my financial situation at the time. Once the decision was made he quickly began to work and was extremely efficient in the technical aspects of the service. Jon was also very pleasant personality and an excellent representative of this company. I will definitely have him come back to service my other door without hesitation. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have. Very reputable company.

Jon was excellent, especially explaining what parts were needed to repair my garage door issue, to making sure it was safe and operational before leaving. Great customer service goes a long way!
