I was extremely pleased with all aspects of getting my garage door fixed. I initially spoke with a call taker named Erin who was very pleasant and clear speaking. Erin patiently listened to my issue and documented everything I said. She also repeated everything back to me for accuracy. The Service Tech Jon Holbrook was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations on things I needed to do based on his inspection. He was not pushy about anything and allowed me time to ponder on the various suggestions he had based on the cost. He explained each suggestion very well with consideration on my financial situation at the time. Once the decision was made he quickly began to work and was extremely efficient in the technical aspects of the service. Jon was also very pleasant personality and an excellent representative of this company. I will definitely have him come back to service my other door without hesitation. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have. Very reputable company.

I was grateful that the problem was able to be solved within the same day that I called. Unfortunately, the pricing of the service was very misleading from the inquiry of the initial cost to the completition of he service. I was told one price for what I wanted, but was billed way beyond what I was prepared to pay. Glad I did not make out my check ahead of time. There was a strong misunderstanding based on how I received the information told to me. The tech apologized for not being clearer in his explanation. Leaving out words is not the way to do business.
