Greg Gray is one of the most professional technicians I have ever met and there are not a lot of them out in the field. Greg arrived on time and went right to work on the problem once he diagnosed the problem. He found two counter balance springs broken on my garage door. He gave me the price to fix them and said he had all the parts on his truck, which was fabulous, no ordering parts and waiting another day to get the door fixed. I told Greg to proceed and within 2 hours he was finished. I watched Greg at work and he was a master of his craft. Scotty arrived promptly and walked me through the various issues with my garage door, taking the time to explain in detail the issues that he saw and what the best solutions were. He offered me three different options, explained the pros and cons of each, answered all my questions, and gave me up-front pricing and warranty information. In about 90 minutes, he had completed our repairs, once again walked me through all of the relevant changes and updates, gave me some tips on maintaining the new hardware and the door itself, and demonstrated the improved performance of the door and opener. He was polite and respectful of my home, taking his shoes off when he had to walk through the house (it was raining) and graciously tolerating my dog harassing him. Both the work and Scotty were very high quality, and I look forward to using Precision Door for any other garage door needs I might have in the future. Highly recommend for anyone in their service area.

Andy was phenomenal! Our schedule service window was from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, but Andy finished another job in the area early and called to see if he could come early, which was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and even told me what didn't need work. After getting the okay, he set to work and the whole job was finished by 2:15 PM. Andy was professional and maintained all safety protocols. Will definitely call on Precision Door again next time we need work done.
