Precision Garage installed my new doors in 2023, was very pleased with the new and quiet doors. Last week one door just stopped working, easily booked an appointment and a friendly, courteous technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the the issue and replaced lift moter and surge protector. Because of the surge protector he observed it was still under warranty, saving us nearly $1000, we only owed the service call fee. Greatly appreciated the service of technician Nathan who also had great communication with his manager throughout the process. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for another great product, installation and quick service.

The good: The service was GREAT, technician was helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and able to answer every question I had + gave me advice on how to keep the garage door running smoothly. The not so good: Their phone system, it’s definitely AI, I kept seeing on the website that you get a real person talk to you but it definitely wasn’t the case. I asked over the phone how much to expect to pay and it told me it was half of what I ultimately was charged. Not the fault of the tech AT ALL but the system needs to be trained better so the customer doesn’t feel lied to.
We appreciate your input about our technician and understand pricing concerns; and our phone system. This has been shared with our team as well. We are here to help and we want to make sure we fully understand and discuss to find you a solution. We take great pride in your feedback, our work and our team. We stand behind our products and services, and want to convey that we are here to assist always! We have shared this with our team internally. Please contact us so we can further discuss in detail! Thank you, Daniel.

I reached out to a couple garage door places in the area. Precision was recommended by a friend of mine so I reached out to them. They were responsive and I was able to schedule something quickly. Bruce came out and went straight to work checking out why my door wasn’t opening/closing properly. He addressed all possible concerns with me and gave me options on how to move forward. I appreciated him listening to my concerns. He was very respectful and supportive. We made a plan forward and he got straight to work. I think maybe within an hour he had my garage door working better than when we first moved in. Very happy with our service and technician.
Thanks for your feedback, Angel. We're pleased Bruce was able to address your garage door issues quickly and effectively. Your satisfaction is a testament to our commitment to quality service. If you have any further needs, don’t hesitate to let us know.

As with garage doors, I needed someone urgently as my door worked earlier in the day and stopped working in the evening. I found this company online, which also happens to be the one my Dad recommended. Called 8:00PM, the Technician Miller arrived 8:15 the next morning. Absolutely terrific professional service provided. He walked us through what was wrong (motor died/belt chewed up) and made replacement recommendations. He installed everything, walked us through the set-up, and explained how to use it going forward. Answered all of our questions; no problem at all. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for providing superb service so quickly!
Thanks for sharing your experience, Marlo. We're pleased to hear that Technician Miller provided prompt and professional service. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
