After an inspection of the door is completed, our technicians are supposed to offer you "good, better, best" options. We have spoken to Tim about skipping this step and it will not happen again. We offer the 3 options so customers have the choice to do what is best for their financial situation and door needs. We had both garage doors tuned up and the rails and cables replaced. Will, our serviceman, was very polite and professional. He was patient and knowledgeable with our questions. Will took his time and explained what needed to be done and why. He had to order a part and return the following day. We were very impressed with his punctuality. He returned at the time specified and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Will represented the company well.

I showed him my issue gave me a quote which I accepted and he got started working right away. I was expecting a 2 hour job he finished in less than 45 min he answered all my questions he explained to me how everything works . Extremely fast service. I started the live chat around 9:30 on a Saturday morning, and Jon, the technician, was at our home by 1:30. Our issue was immediately addressed, and since we ended up getting a new garage door, everything was done to make our current door functional until the new door is installed. The price for a new door is very fair, and we highly recommend this company.

I chose this company primarily because of their hours of operation. I was able to talk to someone by 8:30 in there noting and set an stent for survive within 24 hours. In fact, they arrived at my house about 2 hours earlier than expected. The gentleman that came assessed the problem, gave great answers to explain the why for everything. The job was completed within an hour. I feel confident that the solution I paid for along with the warranty will be followed up with the same great service should I have another issue.

Checked previous reviews. On first contact with agency office staff were professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Tech called and sent a text prior to arrival introducing himself as John and advised of his arrival time within 45minutes to an hour. John was promptly on time, assessed the issue to install new garage door keypad. Programmed the new keypad and was finished with the install in 10 minutes . Paid with my Visa Debit card and John instantly provided me with an E receipt. I would Highly recommend John and Precision Garage for any Garage door needs.
