Called Precision Garage Door Service because my Garage Door Opener stopped working properly. They set up an appointment for Sunday between 8:00 and 12:00. Received a call @ 8:00 that said Miller Henderson was on his way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. After diagnosing the problem and offering several different options and solutions I decided just to go ahead and replace the garage door opener and rail. Miller did a Great Job assisted in getting everything up and running. Did a complete clean up and explained the warranty. Said if I needed anything or had any problems to just give them a call. Very courteous and professional! Highly Recommend!

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. Bruce did an outstanding job with repairing my double garage door and serving my single garage door. I definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door! In addition, he gets A++ customer service. Outstanding service, had an emergency at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Called at 12:30am and got someone as they are 24 hrs, and scheduled an appointment for later that same day. Tech arrived and helped us get the door open to get our vehicles out. Walked us thru the options and we selected a new door. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any needs you may have. Teddy Kress was the tech who did the repair, he was honest and upfront about what needed to be done vs what didn't need to be done, he didn't try to sell things that weren't needed which is always nice.
