Jonathan Holbrook was a true professional. He quickly completed the job; which appeared to us to be just a broken torsion spring, however, the bearings and cables were 30 years old and worn out. He clearly explained the situation to my wife in a manner that was easily understood and not in any way like a “salesman”.
