My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from the phone call, to the promptness and excellent work of the technician, Miller Henderson, to the payment process. Everyone was nice, courteous and polite - a pleasure to work with. When I called to ask for someone to come and evaluate my issues, I was surprised that they offered me a time the same day! It wasn't long before Miller called to say that he was just 10 minutes away and could come even before the appointment window that was set up, so I took him up on that. As he worked, it was very obvious just how well he knew his job by how quickly and smoothly it was done. He was extremely nice, explained everything well and was a pleasure to work with. Even paying was no hassle because they take all forms of payment. I would highly recommend the company for any garage door issues. Thanks, guys, for making it a painless way to have my problem resolved.

I was provided a photo and short bio of the technician prior to his on-time arrival. Miller was courteous and answered all my questions. He also explained what needed to be repaired and why. Our garage door is not only working now, it is so QUIET that we didn't hear my son open it or close it when he came home. Normally we would have heard it a block away.

The technician arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. He offered us a very good deal on an automatic door opener install on top of the repairs we needed and it was too good to pass up.
