Highly recommend. While an appointment was not available till the next morning, arrival was promptly on time and with a call ahead. The tech, Miller, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant walking through all options and pricing. Knowing a replacement of a 20 plus year failed opener was needed, work was quick, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely use again.

Call for an appointment and scheduled for a morning appointment the following day. Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. Everything was completed on the same day and was pleased with the results.

This was a dissatisfaction and disappointing experience when I talked with the Precision technician. The quote he gave me was astronomical expensive! I also felt I gave $101.00 to this company for nothing. I’m so upset with the company and my experience. I would not recommend this company because it is false quotes from on the phone company verses when the technician comes to your home. I feel I was ripped off financially. I should at least get half of my money back because of the company lying about pricing. If you have over thousands of dollars to pay then you will be Ok, but someone like me trying to get better pricing than this!

Fabulous customer service!! Called at 7am and Richard was here by 2pm. Fixed and replaced parts in under 1 hr and was awesome. Offered several options but didn’t try to oversell anything. Was honest and upfront. Highly recommend!!

The service tech that came out was good, did the work perfectly and fast knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. The office people quoted the wrong price they need to update that cause it cost more than the quoted over the phone. But the work was good no complaints thanks

1. I initially called for the appointment, spoke with Mary and she told me someone would be out on Wednesday, 11/19/24 between 10 and 2pm. I called back after no one showed up, only to be told that I was not in the system nor scheduled for that day. They took my info and gave me a later appointment after 4pm. 2. The technician arrived and the first thing he said was could he use my bathroom? Certainly I allowed him to, but this was very uncomfortable for me 3. He completed the requested repair but his sales pitch to get me spend more was unnecessary and overpowering. 4. He overcharged me. explained to him that I was told that I would not be charged the service fee of $95, if I allowed them to do the repair. He insisted that it did not apply to this type of repair. Subsequently, the next morning I called the office and was given the $95 credit.
