The belt for our garage door opener broke. I called someone else first because they were physically closer. After waiting a week to get a repair scheduled, I tried Precision. I was able to book online for the next day. On the morning of the appointment, Miller called to see if we he could come early, but if not, he would stick to the original time (great, open communication). We said yes, he got here early, fixed it quickly, and cleanly. He was very polite and explained everything to me, including things to monitor elsewhere regarding the garage door. Will definitely use them again if I need another repair or when it is time to replace the garage doors or openers.

Precision certainly comes to my rescue when I'm in need, Miller is your knight in shining armor. Last year he came our rescue and replaced one of our motors and today he and Precision stood behind their warranty he replaced the wall open/close button, and realigned the safety lights feature. He also gets personal kudos for a job well and I can only hope that if I'm trouble with my garage door you can send Miller to the Rescue. Personal note: Thanks for your service.

He arrived in a timely manner and walked me through the process of removing my old door and installing my new door. Mr. Paschal presentation was professional and he has a customer friendly attitude that reflect well on the Precision Garage Door company. When he finished the installation, he insured that I was totally satisfied with the work he provided. My wife had important questions and needed help in pairing her car to the remote garage door opener. Mr. Paschal got it paired and she was very happy. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Paschal and the work he provided today. You have a good employee. If your company's budget can afford it, it would be nice to give him a raise in pay. Two very nice gentlemen, one was Nathan but I didn't catch the other ones name, realized immediately what the problem was with my garage door. They fixed the wiring and tightened the spring and lubricated the moving parts and educated me on how to do it myself. A+ job with A+ technicians!

I was scheduled for a garage door assessment/repair appointment today April 29th between 10 am and 2 pm. Technician Mike Hazell called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I gave him quick overview about my garage door's history and what led up to its current malfunction. Mike provided me and my wife with a detailed assessment of our garage doors' condition and professional and realistic steps we could take to move forward. The information Mike provided us enabled us to make a well-informed decision to move forward. We decided to purchase a new garage door. Our current door lasted for 16 years (we purchased our house in 2010). We are satisfied with our choice and are excited for the new installation scheduled for a week from today. They were available to repair the door the same day but I opted for next day due to my own convenience.
