Spring on our door broke at 5am and booked an appointment online and by 6pm the door was fixed. Evan explained why the spring failed and with the door being original to the house it was time. So pleased with the service and will be using Precision every time we have a door issue.

My technician was Bruce, he came and inspected my garage doors and then told me exactly what the problem was. He said, I can save you some money by telling you what you can do to correct the problem yourself. And I like to save a dollar especially in times like we are in today. He said install the wall mount switch that came with your new motor and the light bulb is most likely blown. He charged me a service charge and that was it. He did go in a little more depth about things concerning the opener which educated me for future events. I did what he said and it all worked fine. I felt like a real dummy after that. But, I got what I wanted. LOL!

Absolutely amazing service. Chris, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and make sure you were informed of everything that he was about to repair. I had the main spring on my garage door break and needed a quick repair. The work was performed extremely quickly. Price seemed a little high, but my need was met in an extremely timely manner. This is the second time I’ve used this company.

Quick to respond and service but way overpriced. Door just needed springs but technician said he did not have those particular springs and stated he needed to install a new system. I am now left with an $1800 bill for parts that weren't needed. It felt like more of a sales tactic than a repair. Never again.
