Teddy did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. Very knowledgeable about his job and a very nice guy. The $150 charge to replace a bolt was kind of ridiculous, but that's the way things are these days.

Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. This was a dissatisfaction and disappointing experience when I talked with the Precision technician. The quote he gave me was astronomical expensive! I also felt I gave $101.00 to this company for nothing. I’m so upset with the company and my experience. I would not recommend this company because it is false quotes from on the phone company verses when the technician comes to your home. I feel I was ripped off financially. I should at least get half of my money back because of the company lying about pricing. If you have over thousands of dollars to pay then you will be Ok, but someone like me trying to get better pricing than this!
