Today (May 7th) Garage Door Technician Mr. Unique Paschal came to install my new garage door. He arrived in a timely manner and walked me through the process of removing my old door and installing my new door. Mr. Paschal presentation was professional and he has a customer friendly attitude that reflect well on the Precision Garage Door company. When he finished the installation, he insured that I was totally satisfied with the work he provided. My wife had important questions and needed help in pairing her car to the remote garage door opener. Mr. Paschal got it paired and she was very happy. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Paschal and the work he provided today. You have a good employee. If your company's budget can afford it, it would be nice to give him a raise in pay. Two very nice gentlemen, one was Nathan but I didn't catch the other ones name, realized immediately what the problem was with my garage door. They fixed the wiring and tightened the spring and lubricated the moving parts and educated me on how to do it myself. A+ job with A+ technicians!

I was scheduled for a garage door assessment/repair appointment today April 29th between 10 am and 2 pm. Technician Mike Hazell called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I gave him quick overview about my garage door's history and what led up to its current malfunction. Mike provided me and my wife with a detailed assessment of our garage doors' condition and professional and realistic steps we could take to move forward. The information Mike provided us enabled us to make a well-informed decision to move forward. We decided to purchase a new garage door. Our current door lasted for 16 years (we purchased our house in 2010). We are satisfied with our choice and are excited for the new installation scheduled for a week from today. Mike's presentation and customer service attitude as a Technician of Precision Garage Door Service, is a strong positive reflection of your company's goals to having "another satisfied customer." From the initial phone call to the completion of the repair, everyone was very polite, courteous and professional in their work. They were available to repair the door the same day but I opted for next day due to my own convenience. Miller explained what needed to be done and gave me options of additional repairs if I wanted to make changes to the existing system. Had the misfortune of having my spring break on my garage, called precision on April 26, had an appointment set for today which was April 27, they gave me a four hour window, Teddy my technician was very prompt called before my time window to let me know he was on the way, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, very professional, let me ahead of time the cost breakdown, and taught me some know how, i had to have both springs replaced, and he definitely had a turn to attitude, I will definitely recommend precision to anyone, I know whose I need if there services, definitely would use them again, 10/10

Jason and Unique installed a pair of garage doors in about 4 hours with no mess and no fuss. Very effective communication between us. They provided the training and technical assistance for the WiFi-controlled doors. Checked all equipment and its functionality before leaving. Unique gave me his cell number in case I had questions. I recommend Precision without reservation.
