On Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend, my sprigs chose to snap. Luckily Precision was able to come out at 8 am, Saturday morning. Bruce was very informative as to what I needed and had all the parts on the truck. He gave me three options of service levels. I chose the top choice and the full warranty. Figured as a long term homeowner, it was a good choice. The Military discount was a good incentive also. Since they don't offer the type of spring I owned. Bruce did a great job replacing with a higher quality system and also explained the superior attributes of this system and what I could do to prolong its longevity. As a homeowner, I look for relationships with skilled trade providers rather than the cheapest and fastest. I belive I have found my next "go to" service provider. Greg did an excellent job replacing my garage door opener. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. The installation and maintenance went well and didn’t take long at all. Greg showed me the differences between the old and new opener and how to operate the emergency release and how to put the rail system back together.
