I was able to setup a same-day appointment, from the website, the technician (Miller) called me 30-minutes out, and I got a text with his name and picture. Miller did a phenomenal job diagnosing my door problem, recommending some option and had everything with him to immediately repair it—really top notch service! Teddy did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. Very knowledgeable about his job and a very nice guy. The $150 charge to replace a bolt was kind of ridiculous, but that's the way things are these days.
