We used Precision after drive belt broke on our 12 year-old garage door opener unit. Internal staff are friendly and customer oriented. Service technician arrived on time, and provided courteous, knowledgeable, no pressure service and we opted for a new unit (particularly attracted by the WiFi capability of new units). Improved installation over previous garage door opener at a reasonable price. Second time using Precision Garage Door Service (first was for broken spring), and both times felt we received excellent service and workmanship.

I've had Precision out a few times, and this last experience once again lived up to my high expectations. They had the material on their truck to get the job done, did so quickly, and for a fair price. The result looks great, and I'm very pleased. I will never consider calling anyone other than Precision for garage door needs.

My existing garage door opener died. Within a day, Precision came out and installed a new and better opener. I think the price was reasonable. The technician was very polite, informative, and competent. And I will call them again the next time I need service for my garage door opener.

Two friends recommended. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, too. Service was as agreed upon. When I asked questions, explanations were clearly communicated. I appreciate consideration of sales person who came to evaluate and of technician who installed, as well as office contacts. S G Chandler

Carlos came by on 11/8 and looked at my garage. Even though we did not get it fixed on that day because of the price. Carlos did provided great service and good advice on what to do with my garage. Thanks again!

Initial feeling was the tec trying to upscale rather than here to service my garage door. After a few minutes the tec offered up repair of rollers and door. I indicated that there was problems with the motor and chain. The tec said he was reacting to a visual inspection. After taking initial action the tec now came back and said the motor needed replacing. This was a new upgrade price. I said we are just doing step at time this looks like not giving me the whole picture but rather pick the system apart. Also when the work order was written it did not specify spell out what was done and what was given as a military discount. In general the work was done properly but the method of working with the customer did not make me happy. Any confusion plz call me.

Anthony, the technician came out as scheduled. He determined that I needed some higher level of maintenance then I could afford at this particular time. He was able to fix the immediate problem, without a warranty, which I understood, and hopefully this will get me through the holidays.

Steve Jordan

Scotty was very responsive and willing to work with us. Came out one day to check out a garage door that was beeping and a wall panel with a bad display. The first visit was more informational and a power cycle to see if the system would be restored. After the day it was clear this did not resolve the issue, so 2 days later he returned with a new unit! Everything was handled under warranty and he even programmed our cars before leaving. Very professional and helpful.
