We recently had our garage doors replaced by Precision and were very pleased with the teams that came out. Andrew and Ryan installed our doors and hauled away our previous ones, leaving our space better than they found it. Jackson and Luke came back a week later to install our hardware which was backordered. They also took the time to make sure we liked the placement of the handles. All were professional and we would recommend them again. John L. helped us with our order and sales and we didn’t have to wait long to hear back from him like we did with others that we contacted. We are glad we chose Precision.

The reason why I gave 3 stars was that he charged me for a new remote opener, and I could have brought a new one for less money. He charged me $65 for a new remote. I had 2 remotes already. I paid $65, and service cost. I feel that I was cheated out of extra money. I still recommend them, but I don't condone their high prices. The coupons are good, but they can be better. Thanks

Justin came out and clearly explained what the issues were with my current garage door and cost benefits of getting a new unit. He was professional and efficient. He had the new unit installed in about a hour. it is very quite compared to the old unit. I would highly recommend Precision Garage.
