My initial call experience was easy, smooth and effortless. After I describe my situation, I was offered a time to have a technician to come out further evaluate my situation and offer a solution. Scotty arrived, advise me of my issues and offered me ooptions to resolve. The job was completed in approximately an hour and a half. I was completely satisfied with the job and interaction. I would definitely recommend.

I had them come out and do and estimate on my mother's garage door. Very dependable and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any. I will be using then to replace my mother's garage door.

Do not use this company. They came out and looked at replacing 5 commercial garage doors. Requested a deposit which I gave them. They were suppose to order the doors which is today 9-13-2021 but instead called this morning to decline the job and refund the deposit. There explanation was we don’t do commercial doors. This should have been told to me when I scheduled the appointment, I would not have waited my time. When I called the main office in Atlanta and asked to speak to owner some rude lady who wouldn’t give her name said he’s not available and that she was in charge. I asked when the owner would be available and never got an answer. So bottom line beware. I would not recommend this company. There customer service is horrible.

Greg Gray is one of the most professional technicians I have ever met and there are not a lot of them out in the field. Greg arrived on time and went right to work on the problem once he diagnosed the problem. He found two counter balance springs broken on my garage door. He gave me the price to fix them and said he had all the parts on his truck, which was fabulous, no ordering parts and waiting another day to get the door fixed. I told Greg to proceed and within 2 hours he was finished. I watched Greg at work and he was a master of his craft. Gregory was excellent, he showed up on time, greeted me in a professional manner , assessed the problem right away and then set about fixing it. He did an outstanding job and afterward we discussed what would work best for me going forward.
