Wasn’t expecting to wait so long to complete the installation

I gave 4 stars because of their sceduling. The service and installation was 5 Stars! However, when you schedule an install for 8-12 am the expectation is that the installers are there at 8. Apparently the scheduling dept knew the installers dont even get to the shop until 8 and dont leave for the morning install until 9. Installers showed up at 1000. Once they arrived, they did an excellent job and was extremely professional. You should just let the customer know what time they will ACTUALLY be there.

The guy made it look simple when changing out the springs which is not an easy job. Only complaint is the mark up on the bearing he talked me into buying. I took the part number off of it and they sell for under $10 but I was charged over $90. Happy that they give military discount though which kind of made up for it.

Update: Upped to 4 star. A service manager called me and explained that my experience should not have happened and offered to make it right. That means a lot to me. She confirmed that its a 3 year warranty and not 90 days and that the springs should have been lubed as part of the install. I should have wrote this originally overall the work quality was great and service was knowledgeable and prompt. Overall I would and have recommended this company to my neighbors. Original review: Overall great price and service I would have given this a 4 or 5 star but had to make it three as I wish a better warranty was offered. 90 days or 30 days if I refuse to have the spring lubricated for extra fee (why is this an extra fee? Tha should be standard with a new spring install?) Seems really short. If you sell a good quality product you should stand by it and not charge extra to do something that should be done anyway as part of the install.

The service technician, Charlie Carter did a good job. He called prior to arrival and did a great job with our new garage door install. I wish that the correspondence matched the service. After being told that the door would be in, no one would return our call after 4 separate call attempts and being told someone would call.

The guy who came to our house was very polite and understood what needs to be done. Replaced the bottom rubber seal on the garage door and also did a free lube on the garage rollers. I did think that they were a bit expensive.

The work is exceptional! Product and materials top notch. But on the expensive side. To replace springs and pullies on one door $900.00. Ouch.

We recently purchased a garage door through this company that is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, through a series of missteps that involved not ordering the correct parts, incorrect installation, and having to reschedule at least four times, our experience was less than stellar. We would have given this company 1-2 stars; however, once the manager became aware of what was going on, he quickly intervened and made sure we were taken care of right away. Our technician, Scotty, was fabulous! He worked all day to fix everything that had been done incorrectly before he was asked to work with us. While Scotty should receive 5 stars, we had to base our review on our overall experience, so therefore, we felt that 4 stars was an accurate assessment.
