Teddy did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. Very knowledgeable about his job and a very nice guy. The $150 charge to replace a bolt was kind of ridiculous, but that's the way things are these days.

They sent a young man named Teddy K, he was very respectful and highly knowledgeable about our garage door. He explained everything about how they (Springs/bearings) worked and the issues we were having. He replaced the damaged parts in timely manner and did a thorough inspection of the entire system. This was a dissatisfaction and disappointing experience when I talked with the Precision technician. The quote he gave me was astronomical expensive! I also felt I gave $101.00 to this company for nothing. I’m so upset with the company and my experience. I would not recommend this company because it is false quotes from on the phone company verses when the technician comes to your home. I feel I was ripped off financially. I should at least get half of my money back because of the company lying about pricing. If you have over thousands of dollars to pay then you will be Ok, but someone like me trying to get better pricing than this!

The technician Teddy arrived on time and was well informed of the issues prior to arriving. He took extra time to go through all of our issues and work with us on determining the best process going forward. He was upfront with the pricing of everything and assisted us in making the best decisions for our home. The service tech that came out was good, did the work perfectly and fast knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. The office people quoted the wrong price they need to update that cause it cost more than the quoted over the phone. But the work was good no complaints thanks

1. I initially called for the appointment, spoke with Mary and she told me someone would be out on Wednesday, 11/19/24 between 10 and 2pm. I called back after no one showed up, only to be told that I was not in the system nor scheduled for that day. They took my info and gave me a later appointment after 4pm. 2. The technician arrived and the first thing he said was could he use my bathroom? Certainly I allowed him to, but this was very uncomfortable for me 3. He completed the requested repair but his sales pitch to get me spend more was unnecessary and overpowering. 4. He overcharged me. explained to him that I was told that I would not be charged the service fee of $95, if I allowed them to do the repair. He insisted that it did not apply to this type of repair. Subsequently, the next morning I called the office and was given the $95 credit.

The guy made it look simple when changing out the springs which is not an easy job. Only complaint is the mark up on the bearing he talked me into buying. I took the part number off of it and they sell for under $10 but I was charged over $90. Happy that they give military discount though which kind of made up for it.
