Called Precision Garage Door Service because my Garage Door Opener stopped working properly. They set up an appointment for Sunday between 8:00 and 12:00. Received a call @ 8:00 that said Miller Henderson was on his way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. After diagnosing the problem and offering several different options and solutions I decided just to go ahead and replace the garage door opener and rail. Miller did a Great Job assisted in getting everything up and running. Did a complete clean up and explained the warranty. Said if I needed anything or had any problems to just give them a call. Very courteous and professional! Highly Recommend!

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. Bruce did an outstanding job with repairing my double garage door and serving my single garage door. I definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door! In addition, he gets A++ customer service. Thanks a bunch!

I had two technicians (Charlie)come out to replace a severely damaged garage door, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They arrived right on time and immediately went to work with professionalism and confidence. With a combined 28 years of experience, they completed the job in under an hour and a half, replacing the garage door, rails, and motor with precision and care. They were respectful, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Top class performance from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The technician that came out was Miller. He was fast and explained everything that needed to be replaced. I even got a quote to just replace the door in the near future. Wasn't pushy, was right on time and the company even sends you a message to let you know a little about rhe technician coming to your house which I loved. Would definitely recommend.

Precision garage did a great job repairing my garage door. They came within hours of when I called gave estimate of repair and completed the job very efficiently and guaranteed the repair with 2 hours!! Call them if you have a problem—great job!!

Estimates ranged from $800 to almost $4,000. My springs were the wrong size. I did the minimum and replaced the springs. That was two weeks ago. The garage door goes part way down and then retracts. A local company will be coming Thursday to fix the door. Can anyone say "Used car salesman"?

The spring to lift the garage door broke. Time and wear and tear. I was VERY fortunate to get an appointment on a Saturday. I found my garage door broken yesterday. I called and spoke to a nice lady who set me up with a appointment the very next day. The mechanic texted and then called me on his way. After Inspecting my garage door he gave me several options. He got right to work and completed the task quickly and then cleaned up before we settled the bill. I appreciate his wanting to a good job and keeping me informed along the process. I was impressed that he was a few minutes early to start with.

Outstanding service, had an emergency at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Called at 12:30am and got someone as they are 24 hrs, and scheduled an appointment for later that same day. Tech arrived and helped us get the door open to get our vehicles out. Walked us thru the options and we selected a new door. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any needs you may have. They are fast and very courteous, not to mention very knowledgeable amd also very reasonably priced.
