Aaron Bean from Precision came out to my house to deal with a problem with my garage door opener. He showed up on time after alerting me he was on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then explained to me what he did. I politely declined some add on maintenance that he offered. Overall, his demeanor and behavior was friendly and professional. I’ll make sure to call again if I have any problems.

This is the second time Miller has helped us with our garage doors. The first time was three months ago when he put in two new openers for our 25 year old garage doors. Today he put new rollers on both doors as they have been acting a little wonky for a couple of weeks...one door would go down when we pressed the key pad then pop right back up. Miller fixed the problem and then checked for any potential future issues since the doors are so old. He thoroughly explained everything and gave us some possible options to think over. We couldn't have asked for better service. We appreciate Miller and Precision Garage Doors for always taking care of us in such a timely manner. They are #1 with us, and we highly recommend them for any garage door needs. Thanks so much for all you do!

From the first interaction with Joe Douglas (sales person) and communication with Kayla in the office to Josh and Charlie installing our new garage door, everyone was professional and communicated openly about the process. Josh and Charlie worked efficiently and left our garage cleaner than they found it! I will recommend Precision to everyone looking for a new garage door or have one in need of repair.
