This company is a ripoff - one of the wheels on my garage door came out, as a result, the weatherstrip on one side tore - the tech who visited me said they can only replace weather stripping on all sides - not just the side that tore - and quoted me $419 - (BTW one side striping costs $12 at home depot). The tech also told me that they will put back the one wheel that came out for free if I replace the stripping on all sides. Otherwise, they will charge me $169 for just putting back one wheel. I paid the tech $59 for the visit and asked them to leave. Spent 2 mins on youtube and put back the wheel that had popped out in under 5 mins. I will replace the weatherstrip myself. Just use someone else who knows something about customer service.

Andy gave me a heads-up when he was on his way, was on-time, and was very thorough in both his explanation of how my garage door broke, what our options were, and in his repairs. There’s only so much you can do with YouTube, when trying to fix it yourself! The garage door works flawlessly now, and in plenty of time to pick up my kids!
