They were courteous on the phone and in person, they contacted me when they said they would and were on time. They explained my options (broken coils and springs). Work was done quickly and it works great.

I could not be happier with the result! They showed up on time. My technician walked me through what needed to be replaced and why. I was able to keep my current garage door and replace only the worn and old parts. I replaced the motor, springs, cables etc. Now my door operates as if it were brand new. I'm extremely happy with the great service and a good value too!

Mike H. was an absolute professional. He was courteous and he explained the entire process to me and did an outstanding job saving me some money. I recently had a new garage door opener installed and he went out of his way to show me how to use my garage door motion sensor and how to use it.

We called Precision out of desperation. The garage door was stuck open again and storms were on the way. The company that initially repaired it had gone out of business (no surprise given their shoddy products and service). Precision immediately scheduled an appointment and within an hour their amazing technician Jon Holbrook arrived. Given the mess the previous company had made this was not going to be an easy fix. Jon, a former EMT, is now the EMT for garage door repairs. He came up with an elegant solution which I am convinced will last even longer than the seven year warranty. Jon is thoughtful, persistent and extremely capable. His customer service skills rival his competence.

Fantastic experience. Winfield was an gracious and accommodating rep, the installation team was top notch and Josephine kept in touch throughout the entire process. Never felt pressure to do anything. We did have a misunderstand but it was no problem for them to quickly address with affecting me in any way. This company does a fantastic job of all working together on the same page.

The process from start to finish was painless and predictable. I originally called them out to replace the spring above my old wooden door but ended up replacing the door due to excessive pre-existing issues. I ordered a new door and was able to customize it to what I wanted. The door itself was a custom size (7 1/2 x 16) so it had to be ordered but it arrived in about 2 weeks. Overall, awesome job. They replaced the door, track, & trim. Looks great and works really well.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of getting my garage door fixed. I initially spoke with a call taker named Erin who was very pleasant and clear speaking. Erin patiently listened to my issue and documented everything I said. She also repeated everything back to me for accuracy. The Service Tech Jon Holbrook was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations on things I needed to do based on his inspection. He was not pushy about anything and allowed me time to ponder on the various suggestions he had based on the cost. He explained each suggestion very well with consideration on my financial situation at the time. Once the decision was made he quickly began to work and was extremely efficient in the technical aspects of the service. Jon was also very pleasant personality and an excellent representative of this company. I will definitely have him come back to service my other door without hesitation. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have. Very reputable company.
