This was my second time using Precision Garage Door. The first time was last year on my home in Selma for spring repair which was done very timely and professionally. This time Bruce Bohren came out initially to my sister’s home in Smithfield and was very professional and looked over the issue with the door. He represented the company very well and was very friendly and explained exactly what I needed. The next day Jon the installer came out and again he was very professional and friendly and did an excellent install of a door, motor, molding, door sensors and I was literally floored at how everything turned out, my sisters house looked as if it had a makeover. Nothing but praise for this company.

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. Bruce did an outstanding job with repairing my double garage door and serving my single garage door. I definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door! In addition, he gets A++ customer service. Thanks a bunch!

Estimates ranged from $800 to almost $4,000. My springs were the wrong size. I did the minimum and replaced the springs. That was two weeks ago. The garage door goes part way down and then retracts. A local company will be coming Thursday to fix the door. Can anyone say "Used car salesman"?

I recently had Precision perform service on my two car garage door. The technician was very professional, he arrived on time and was able to answer all my questions prior to the service. I purchased a new garage door opener; after the installation the technician explained overall operation and set up of the opener onto my MyQ network. The technician came when he said he would be there. After I showed him the problem, he provided solutions and was able to get it fixed that same day. I tested the garage door afterwards and it worked the way it should. I was very happy with the work that was done and the tech. that was sent.

Bruce did a great job reviewing the problem, summarizing the different options, and performing the repair. We had a keypad which had gone bad and the swap out with a new one went without a hitch. They continue to provide excellent, timely service and I will call them again when our garage door openers need work.
