Greg did an excellent job replacing my garage door opener. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. The installation and maintenance went well and didn’t take long at all. Greg showed me the differences between the old and new opener and how to operate the emergency release and how to put the rail system back together.

I forgot the name of the person who answered when I called your office but she was very professional and knowledgeable. Greg, the technician called me before the appointment and arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time. Greg serviced my two garage doors and pointed out a couple of items I will need to address in the future. Garage doors are only 3-1/2 years old but maintenance is important in my view. I am comfortable knowing the maintenance has been performed and will call in the future when it's time to upgrade a few things.
