Sort these reviews by lowest. This company isnt to be trusted. The price was much higher than others. 1400 to repair the door coming off the track. I feel like I was taken advantage of. The technician was polite at least.

Called for an estimate on repairing a garage door on a house I am purchasing. Made clear that I had to schedule at a time approved by the sellers of the home bc they are still residing there until closing. This company offered a 2 hour window of time they’d be coming by, and I set it up with the sellers to be out of the house and for the real estate agents to be present. Everyone accommodated this window of time for the tech to come. In the 2 days preceding our appointment window, the same gentlemen from this company called me 3 times to see if I wanted the tech to come earlier, and all three times I said no, bc we have several people that have committed to the original time offered and scheduled. I made clear it was important to be there at the time this company gave us. Well they never showed up at all, wasted all of our time, and did not return any of my calls asking for an ETA during the time window. Never even called to provide explanation or apologies. Still haven’t heard from them 3 days later. Massive lack of professionalism and courtesy.

I am very pleased with the service received today regarding my garage door. The young man was very prompt, professional and courteous. He checked all of my remotes and explained in detail the service rendered to my garage door which involved replacing a wire which had somehow been broken or cut from wear and tear.
