I gave 4 stars because of their sceduling. The service and installation was 5 Stars! However, when you schedule an install for 8-12 am the expectation is that the installers are there at 8. Apparently the scheduling dept knew the installers dont even get to the shop until 8 and dont leave for the morning install until 9. Installers showed up at 1000. Once they arrived, they did an excellent job and was extremely professional. You should just let the customer know what time they will ACTUALLY be there.

Bruce was fast and efficient. To me he is a keeper. On the scale of 1-10, he got 12 Kool Points. Price wish, I think it was on the high end even with the 10% military discount however, don't think he controls cost. Hopefull it'll be some time before the spring(s) on the other door break/ go bad...not an "IF",rather "WHEN" itt will happen. That being said, I'd use Precision again, hopefully Bruce. Excellent service from these guys whenever they are needed. Had a cable/bracket failure on my high lift double door and they were quick to come out, evaluate, get the door secured and then set up a return to finish the repair. Will continue to use them for any garage door needs.

I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!

Can’t say I’ve ever had a better customer service experience! EVER! Had a door that would r open or close. It was Saturday afternoon. I called and Mike was at the house within 3 hours. Fixed the problem quickly. I even decided to put a new Bluetooth door opener in! He did it that afternoon as well!
