After by opener quit working I called Precision at 10 am on a Tuesday. A technician arrived at 12:30. Since I also had a broken panel in the door itself and old springs, I decided to get a new door and opener. All the work was completely installed by 2:30 the next day - less than 30 hours after original call. All personnel were very professional and would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Precision Garage Door Service was absolutely the right call for my garage door issue! Sometime over the weekend, one of my torsion springs broke. While this was a holiday weekend, I didn't think I would get in touch with anyone until Tuesday morning. Precision Garage Door Service proved me wrong. They answered my call on Sunday and had a tech, Miller Henderson, here first thing Tuesday morning. Long story short, he had everything he needed to fix my garage door and then some. I also had him replace some items that could have possibly failed at a later time. He was very courteous and professional, and he obviously knew what he was doing. I am mechanically inclined, but know my limitations. After watching Miller work, I knew that I needed a professional service and Precision Garage Door Service provided just that! I know there are only five stars, but I give them a 10!

Precision replaced our old, weather-beaten builder grade garage door a couple of years ago with a brand new, insulated door. I had a slight problem with the drive (which they did not replace as part of the new door install) and they fixed it without charge. This week I had to get my old, failing motor and drive replaced. They were my first - and only - call. David came out and worked with his superiors to come up with an option that I could afford. Then he installed the new motor, drive, push button and sensors quickly and professionally. Before he left, he made sure my remotes were programmed and that I knew how everything worked. I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone at any time.

Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. He was so kind to our toddler who was excited to see a “fixing guy” here. You could also tell he was truly passionate about his work! Super grateful for Mike and how quick we were able to be seen!
