Communication from estimate process until installation was excellent. I was kept updated on when my doors would be received by Precision and scheduled when they had an ETA. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Installed door without any issues. Cleaned up and explained how everything worked very well. Even wiped a shelf I jokingly asked him to. I didn’t realize he had until he was gone. Would definitely recommend.

There was no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Within a few hours, everything was fixed. And because we are in Covid times, the tech was very respectful to mask up while in our home.
