Precision is a great company! I called them at 8am, by 12pm they scheduled my service, and assigned a technician. The technician arrived at noon fixed my issue and was gone by 1:30pm! They also send you a text message with a brief bio of the tech as well as a photo of them so you know who should be at your home before they arrive. I couldn’t be happier with the process, and I’m also quite happy to have my garage door functional again, thank you Precision!

The good: The service was GREAT, technician was helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and able to answer every question I had + gave me advice on how to keep the garage door running smoothly. The not so good: Their phone system, it’s definitely AI, I kept seeing on the website that you get a real person talk to you but it definitely wasn’t the case. I asked over the phone how much to expect to pay and it told me it was half of what I ultimately was charged. Not the fault of the tech AT ALL but the system needs to be trained better so the customer doesn’t feel lied to.

I reached out to a couple garage door places in the area. Precision was recommended by a friend of mine so I reached out to them. They were responsive and I was able to schedule something quickly. Bruce came out and went straight to work checking out why my door wasn’t opening/closing properly. He addressed all possible concerns with me and gave me options on how to move forward. I appreciated him listening to my concerns. He was very respectful and supportive. We made a plan forward and he got straight to work. I think maybe within an hour he had my garage door working better than when we first moved in. Very happy with our service and technician.

My garage door is 10 years old, I called because I could not open the door manually without a lot of effort, it was also making a binding noise when opening. Andy Maynard came out and checked the door operation, he found several things that were not up to code and why I was having trouble. One of the main problems was the door had only 1 spring, it needed to be 2 springs because of my door size. He gave me several options of what I could do to make the door operate properly. He made all the changes I selected and now the door works great. Andy explained everything to me and he is very good at what he does. After he made the changes the door works perfectly and I can open it manually with one hand. If you have garage door issues, call Precision Door, I promise they will fix any problems you have. As with garage doors, I needed someone urgently as my door worked earlier in the day and stopped working in the evening. I found this company online, which also happens to be the one my Dad recommended. Called 8:00PM, the Technician Miller arrived 8:15 the next morning. Absolutely terrific professional service provided. He walked us through what was wrong (motor died/belt chewed up) and made replacement recommendations. He installed everything, walked us through the set-up, and explained how to use it going forward. Answered all of our questions; no problem at all. I highly recommend this company.
