Sometimes unexpected things happen at home, like your garage door breaking when you’re not ready for any extra expense. Even so, in the back of your mind you know it needs to be fixed. I heard about Precision Garage from a good friend who used them, so I gave them a call. I told them I was in no rush, but they still scheduled me right away. They explained the breakdown of the costs just to check the issue before the technician arrived, and once he was there, he clearly explained the repair options and pricing. The cost seemed fair, so I went ahead with the repair. The technician fixed it quickly and even reduced the original repair cost, which I really appreciated. He did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and also suggested some possible upgrades for the future. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would recommend Precision Garage.

Miller Henderson, the technician was a true professional! He arrived earlier than expected within that time slot, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He listened to my concerns, gave helpful options, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The representative I spoke with the night prior was also friendly and professional. The garage repairs were completed less than 24 hours! I would definitely recommend this company!

When the spring on our garage door broke, Precision came to the rescue. I as able to have someone come on the same day. Tim, the technician really knew his stuff! He showed us the reason why the spring broke on our fairly new garage door and gave us some pointers on how to maintain the unit. We will definitely use Precision again. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Mike Hazel was amazing! He showed up and quickly found the problem and explained the whole process to get my garage door working again. He quickly got to work and had my garage door parts replaced and operating again within 45 minutes. The whole time he was professional and also provided advice on regular maintenance to help ensure a longer life of my garage door system. Additionally, I’m a home inspector and he also took time to help further my knowledge and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Precision Garage.

My only regret is not having this company install my garage doors originally! They are very truthful and professional! Not only did they fix my issue they pointed out all the short comings and mistakes the other company made on my garage door installation so that I could have full understanding of the situation! I highly recommended this company and I will only use them moving forward!

Bruce was OUTSTANDING!!! He provided consultation and advice about my broken garage door and the 2nd garage door functionality. He also provided several quotes sk that I could make the best decision.
