These guys were great. My old door was hanging up and wouldn't open. From the sales guy who came out and took measurements and showed me plenty of options to the guy who installed my new door and opener, they were all great guys. I would recommend these guys with pleasure. If you need a new garage door don't hesitate to give these guys a call. I couldn't even buy a new door from anywhere and get it before January. These guys got it and installed it in half the time it would have taken me to buy one and install it myself.

My garage door broke today, I called and they sent a tech out a couple hours later. Mike Hazell was the tech that came out to fix my door. Mike was very friendly, efficient and explained everything that was causing issues with my door. He had everything repaired in a timely manner and was finished with the job. Highly recommend them.

The motor on our garage stopped working and we put a call in to Precision. They set a date within 24 hours of our call. Sent a service provider whose vehicle registration had expired couldn’t get through the visitor gate. He came back on Monday still not allowed in. But another service provider came and fixed the issue

We bought our home in 2015. We remodeled everything but we never got around to upgrading the garage door- it was working fine. Well one day it stopped working. The garage door was the original one when the house was built. Precision door was so easy to work with. The salesman arrived on time, we picked out our door and motor. He took measurements and our new door was installed less than 4 weeks later. We love our new garage door and are very happy with the entire crew from Precision Door.
