I am so happy I could spit. My garage door has been a total wench for a few months, and so loud for years. Bruce was fantastic, showed that door who’s Boss. Plus, didn’t roll his eyes even once at my lame jokes. I have no complaints. Might just roll that door up and down a few more times today, just ‘cuz. But how am I going to annoy the neighborhood now?!?

95$ fee to come put plus the price of parts (less than 120 dollars from other companies) came in and quoted 798.00 in 5 min. $375 fee to unwind and wind a spring. The door just needed bearings. So 95$ for 5 min. We paid the 95 and sent them on the way. Called 2 other local companies with great reviews and less than 300 to fix it. Seems like a rip off just to get a 95$ service fee. Give an astronomical quote knowing the customer will turn it down.

We needed to have the garage door outside control box activated. We did not have a code to enter to open the garage door. We also needed two more garage door remotes. The technician that came out was friendly. We talked to him and he was a US Army Veteran and we had something in common with him. We both lived and worked in Grafenwoehr/Vilseck Germany.
