They are pricey but cheap isn’t usually seldom great and great is seldom cheap. So all and all I am very pleased with the company. I scheduled my appointment on their website site. Appointment was set for between 2 and 6 pm. Technicians name is Teddy. He called at around 1:20. Said he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived on time. I told him what I needed, he gave me three or four options with prices for each option. He explained each option very well and I chose the one that worked best for me. He replaced one motor and installed a new spring system with new rollers. He was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. It was a little pricey but being good isn’t cheap and being cheap isn’t good. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would recommend this company and I would certainly recommend this technician.

They were quick to respond and came over the same day for a consult and estimate for my broken garage door. Mike Hazell was thorough with his consult and took his time to explain what broke and how it could be fixed. I was surprised and happy to know that he could fix it immediately. Of course I thought something else had broken, but it was the springs. It cost more then I expected because of what the problem was, not because of there pricing. In the end, he fixed it super fast and now I can park in my garage before the winter comes.

Drew, the technician, called before my appointment to let me know he was in route which was greatly appreciated. He diagnosed the issue, gave me four options for repair, explained the warranty and maintenance in about 15 minutes. Once I agreed to the repairs, he had me up and running within and hour and a half. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend Precision Garage Door over and over again.

Very responsive. I like you can schedule online. Mike, the technician, was very helpful explaining the issues and fixing the problem. It broke the night before when I put it down. The next morning I got online looking for the phone number to call. I noticed that I could simply click whether I needed new doors or installation or repairs. I click repairs. It gave me times and it was actually 10-12 noon that morning that was availability so I clicked it. Not thinking it could be that easy. Within a few minutes I got confirmation and within 30 minutes mobile unit from Wilmington was on their way. It was repaired before noon. I was very pleased with the speed which they came.

Used in the past before covid and were very reasonable prices now prices are insane ! My fault for not doing research before the repair but needed the door fixed in a hurry. $95 diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with the garage door just the cables were broken tech talked me into replacing the torsion springs . Door squeaks more ! But next time I will definitely will check with other places. Charged $324 for 1 spring lesson learned. Do not recommend! Talked me into adding a second spring even though the door has been working on 1 spring since the house was built in 2001

Precision Door Installed all 4 of my doors and I have very impressed with the installation and the service I have received when it was needed. I got my call back and appointment booked in less than 30 min! My technician, Miller Henderson, gave it to me straight about what needed to be done to fix our garage door. Due to the weather and a new door replacement timeline, new parts with a 5yr warranty was ideal. He was super nice and even helped me program the door, which builder glossed over. I think the ONLY down side is that the military discount is just 5%. Other than that, I will without a doubt, recommend these guys.
