Fabulous customer service!! Called at 7am and Richard was here by 2pm. Fixed and replaced parts in under 1 hr and was awesome. Offered several options but didn’t try to oversell anything. Was honest and upfront. Highly recommend!!

Three months ago we had this company replace our garage door. We even upgraded to open higher and the side openers vs the older Ginnie middle opener. Today, we called them cause something happened one door was not opening. Surprise surprise they answer immediately and scheduled technician for afternoon service. His name is Unique, I'm guessing parents wanted him to become a rapper...lol just kidding. He access the problem and fixed it. Great guy great customer service great attitude and I even invited him to joined my son & I for home made Spaghetti and Garlic Bread. People, granted we pay for service, nonetheless, it's your property so be vigilant. Some dude complaint about debris cause his tire got a flat. Perhaps, but did you clean up and ensure nothing was left behind. Mistakes happen from both sides. In closing, do your research don't blame anyone else but your lack of vigilance. I'm opening My Barber on Yadkin Rd and I know the importance to feedback customer reviews when service is positive not just when you disagree. Thank you, Rene & Dkoda USMC Retired

The service tech that came out was good, did the work perfectly and fast knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. The office people quoted the wrong price they need to update that cause it cost more than the quoted over the phone. But the work was good no complaints thanks

1. I initially called for the appointment, spoke with Mary and she told me someone would be out on Wednesday, 11/19/24 between 10 and 2pm. I called back after no one showed up, only to be told that I was not in the system nor scheduled for that day. They took my info and gave me a later appointment after 4pm. 2. The technician arrived and the first thing he said was could he use my bathroom? Certainly I allowed him to, but this was very uncomfortable for me 3. He completed the requested repair but his sales pitch to get me spend more was unnecessary and overpowering. 4. He overcharged me. explained to him that I was told that I would not be charged the service fee of $95, if I allowed them to do the repair. He insisted that it did not apply to this type of repair. Subsequently, the next morning I called the office and was given the $95 credit.
